By enrolling in or accessing any course, class, or service offered by LEARN by EliteStocks ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is open to individuals of all ages. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent before enrolling.

3. Subscription & Access

Access to premium content is granted on a monthly subscription basis at ₹99/month. Your subscription begins on the date of successful payment and provides access for one calendar month from that date.

• Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Sharing login credentials or content with third parties is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to terminate access without notice if misuse is detected.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, PDFs, and resources provided on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of LEARN by EliteStocks. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce any content without express written permission.

5. Platform Availability

We aim to deliver live classes as scheduled; however, session timings, instructors, and content may be subject to change without prior notice. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to technical issues or maintenance.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any behaviour that disrupts classes, harasses other students, or violates community guidelines. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

LEARN by EliteStocks provides educational services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee specific outcomes, proficiency levels, or results. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the Platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

No-Refund Policy

LEARN by EliteStocks maintains a firm no-refund policy on all subscription purchases. Once a payment has been processed, it is considered final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded — regardless of the reason.

This Applies To

• Change of mind after purchase
• Non-usage or partial usage of the subscription period
• Inability to attend live classes
• Technical issues on the user's end (device, internet, etc.)
• Dissatisfaction with course content or teaching style
• Duplicate or accidental payments (please verify before completing payment)
• Subscription cancellation before the period ends

Why We Have This Policy

Access to recorded classes, PDFs, and live sessions is granted immediately upon payment. Because digital content is delivered and accessible from the moment of purchase, we are unable to "reclaim" the value provided, and therefore cannot issue refunds.

Accidental Duplicate Payments

In the rare event of a verifiable technical duplicate charge (same amount charged twice within minutes), please contact us immediately on Telegram at @EliteStocksBot with your payment receipt. Such cases will be reviewed at our sole discretion.

Your Responsibility

By completing a payment on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
